Service History:
Every time you use the service, the shop will send you a service history, which includes details such as the date, shop name, mileage, as well as a list of spare parts and incurred costs. You can also add service history manually.
Share Car:
You can invite other users to be the car owner, and you can set their permissions to be admin, owner, or viewer.
Service Schedule:
Receive reminders when it's time for services such as oil changes, brakes, batteries, tire rotations, or tire replacements, making car maintenance a breeze for you.
Find Shops or Promotions:
You can find shops or promotions nearby and set search conditions, such as finding tire shops or oil change promotions around Phatthanakan Road, to get the most accurate information for your needs. You can also view repair reviews and shop ratings from actual users to compare shops before using their services.
Repair Reviews:
Once the shop completes the repair, they will send the repair details and invite you to rate the repair and provide comments.
Vehicle OTP Code:
When you visit a shop you haven't used before, simply provide the vehicle OTP code to shops using the Ursa Shop program. The shop will receive your vehicle details, name, address, and phone number, but not your repair history. This ensures accuracy and convenience in providing information to the shop.
Alerts:
To ensure you don't miss renewing insurance and annual vehicle tax, you can set reminders before the due date, with alerts up to 90 days in advance, ensuring continuous coverage.
