The Ursa Car app is designed to facilitate communication between shops using the Ursa Shop program and their customers. It helps send repair histories, service reminders, promotions, news, FAQs, etc. Additionally, customers nationwide can search for shops through the Ursa Car app. However, if you do not want your shop to be displayed on the Ursa Car app, you can disable it in the Ursa Car settings menu. No, using the program on a computer or smartphone is counted as one user.
You can easily learn on your own using the help system features from our YouTube channel, or have our team guide you through remote screen sharing using AnyDesk.
No, other shops cannot see your shop's data unless they are part of the same group.
