What is the Ursa Shop Program?

It is a program for tire shops, car care centers, automotive service centers, repair garages, etc. It operates on the cloud system. The program is designed to support automotive repair work, covering operations such as purchasing goods, supplier payments, sales/services, debtor payments, inventory management, and various reports.

Is Ursa Shop an accounting program?

Ursa Shop is a management program, not an accounting program. The program is designed to focus on management tasks, allowing users to easily use Ursa Shop without accounting knowledge. It includes functions such as creating purchase tax reports, sales tax reports, profit and loss reports, overdue AP/AR reports, credit notes, withholding tax forms, and inventory control.

Is it necessary to install the program before use?

No, it is not necessary. The program runs through a web browser and works well on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

What are the required computer specifications?

The computer specifications for typical office use are sufficient. If recommended, an Intel Core i3 CPU with 4 GB of RAM is enough for operation.

What should I do if the internet goes down all day?

If you experience internet issues while using the Ursa Shop program, there are a couple of ways to resolve it:

  • Connect to the internet through your mobile device. The Ursa Shop program is a Single Page Application that operates efficiently even with low-speed internet.
  • Download the data entry forms in advance. When the internet is restored, you can input the data to create service records as usual. These forms can be downloaded from the main menu → Forms → Service Record Forms.
How secure is the Ursa Shop program?

The data is encrypted using SSL, the same technology used by financial institutions to ensure data security.

What are the service rates for the Ursa Shop program?

We offer 8 packages: starting with a free package for 1 user, which is free for lifetime, and monthly subscription packages starting at 299.-/month. For more details, please see the pricing table.

What are the differences between the free and paid packages for 1 user?

The differences between the free and paid packages are as follows:
1. The free package allows 1 service reminder message per job.
2. The free package does not allow document form editing.
3. The free package does not allow adding images to jobs and product data.

If the shop has 3 branches, can I see the data of the other branches?

You can create a company group to share data. You will be able to see customer information, vehicles, repair history, suppliers, products, and inventory levels across branches.

What is the difference between Post and Broadcast?

Post: Posting text, images, or YouTube links on the shop page. Users who have used the service or followed the shop will receive notifications when there is a new post from the shop.
Broadcast: Posts published to the public (shop page) that need to appear on the broadcast page (main page). All users will receive notifications when there is a new broadcast.

How to broadcast?

You can set a post to appear on the broadcast page (main page) as follows:

  • After the post is published to the public, set it as a broadcast by specifying the start and end dates.
  • The broadcast can last up to 31 days from the start date.
  • Broadcast posts will appear both on the shop's post page and the broadcast page (main page).
  • Once the broadcast period ends, the post will disappear from the broadcast page (main page) but will still be visible on the shop's post page.
  • Each package has different broadcasting rights. For more details, please see the pricing table.
Can data from the old program be imported into the Ursa Shop program?

Yes, you can send the data to our team in an Excel file, which can be imported into the Ursa Shop program. The data that can be imported includes product information, customer information, supplier information, and vehicle information.

Can I use the Ursa Shop program without the Ursa Car app?

The Ursa Car app is designed to facilitate communication between shops using the Ursa Shop program and their customers. It helps send repair histories, service reminders, promotions, news, FAQs, etc. Additionally, customers nationwide can search for shops through the Ursa Car app. However, if you do not want your shop to be displayed on the Ursa Car app, you can disable it in the Ursa Car settings menu. Can the same account be used on multiple computers?

No, using the program on a computer or smartphone is counted as one user.

Does the Ursa Shop program have a manual or tutorial?

You can easily learn on your own using the help system features from our YouTube channel, or have our team guide you through remote screen sharing using AnyDesk.

Can other shops see our shop's data?

No, other shops cannot see your shop's data unless they are part of the same group.

How is customer data confidentiality handled?

We prioritize the privacy of customer data. Rest assured, your data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

Why is Ursa Shop free?

Ursa Shop aims to develop useful tools and distribute them widely. Therefore, we offer a Free package that you can use until you are ready to pay, according to your usage needs. There is no time limit on using the system. You can use the program for free for lifetime, without any obligation.

How to purchase and pay?

You can pay online 24 hours a day through the Kasikorn Bank Payment Gateway. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or by scanning a QR code from Mobile Banking, supporting all banks. You can also print a tax invoice or receipt immediately.

Changing the current package?

Can document forms be edited?

Yes, you can edit the forms by clicking print and then clicking Design (top right corner). Alternatively, you can have our team remotely edit the forms for you for convenience and speed.

What can be posted?
  • Title Maximum of 100 characters
  • Tag Tags (up to 5 tags for searching)
  • Content Maximum of 1,000 characters
  • Image jpg, jpeg, png files not exceeding 10M
  • YouTube YouTube video link
  • Gallery jpg, jpeg, png files not exceeding 10M

How to create posts and broadcasts

Counting the number of broadcasts?
  • Count the number of broadcasts made in the current month, regardless of the start date. For example, if allowed 10 broadcasts per month in January, you can make 4 broadcasts in January and the remaining 6 in February, March, April, May, June, and July, with one each month.
  • Future broadcasts can be rescheduled within the same month but not changed to another month to prevent accumulation.
  • Unutilized broadcast rights will not roll over to the next month, so use all your rights within the month.
  • Broadcasts that are due cannot have their start dates edited once they are active.
  • Expired broadcasts will be removed from the broadcast page but will still appear on the shop's post page.
  • Unstarted broadcasts can be canceled, restoring your broadcast rights, but only for the current month. For future broadcasts, canceling in the current month will not restore past month’s rights.
